We conduct and organize essential Board of Reviews, manage BS&A Software and Apex Sketch record card maintenance, and oversee Sales and Transfer maintenance with meticulous attention to detail.

Financial Assistance

In addition to these core functions, we conduct reappraisals in accordance with STC guidelines, manage Personal Property canvassing, reporting, and auditing, and perform building permit field inspections for updating assessment systems. Our team compiles and diligently files all necessary State, County, and local reports and warrants, collaborating closely with the Treasurer to ensure timely and accurate tax bill preparation. We also work closely with the Finance/Controllers office to assist in projections and budget preparation, fostering financial stability.
