Our Story

Jennifer Czeiszperger is the founding member of Greater Michigan Valuation Services, LLC.  She holds a Michigan Masters Assessing Officers Certification, which is the highest level of assessment certification within Michigan.  Jennifer has over 36 years of real estate experience with over 29 years in assessment administration.  She acquired her Real Estate Sales license in 1992 and shortly after became a Limited License Appraiser.  In 1994, Jennifer began her assessing career and obtained her first assessment certification the following year.  

Since this time, she has conducted all facets of assessment administration.  For 13 years she worked at Macomb Township during a time of unprecedented growth.  This community was the fastest growing community in the State of Michigan and the entire Country from 2000 through 2008.  The population growth was at 48% during this time, which resulted in significant residential and commercial new construction.

During her career she has obtain substantial experience in valuing complex commercial and industrial properties including specialized properties like the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, Michigan.  She has also obtained considerable experience in defending and negotiating Michigan Tax Tribunal appeal for all types of properties with varying complexities.  While working at the City of Warren, she has been exposed to all types of Special Act contract negotiations such as Industrial and Commercial Facilities Tax Exemptions, Payment in Liu of Tax programs, all finance authorities (LDFA, TIFA and DDA) and Brownfield Development authorities.  This includes properly reporting to all other jurisdictions and State portals.
